
Ryan grew up in Twin Falls, ID, graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Recreational Therapy and went on to get a MS in Psychology from Purdue. He was Board Certified as Behavior Analyst in 2021 and has over 15 years experience in both the school and private settings. His wife Heather and two boys, Finnegan and Declan, live in the valley but more often are found floating the river.

Adrianna is originally from San Jose , California, and has lived in Boise since 2018. She graduated from CSU Chico with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in special education. Adrianna has over 15 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. She became a Habilitative Interventionist in 2018, began working as an Behavior Intervention Specialist in 2020, and became a clinical supervisor in 2022. She is passionate about working directly with families and teaching staff strategies to be successful interventionists.

Racheal grew up in the Treasure Valley area. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University for a BA in Applied Psychology. She has over 14 years of experience in the field both in the school and community settings. When Racheal is not working she is often found reading, playing games, or going on adventures with her husband Taylor and their two dogs Astrid and Pear.

Jillian is originally from St. Louis, MO and has lived in Boise for over 2 years. She graduated from Culver-Stockton College with a BS in psychology and criminal justice, with an emphasis in child advocacy. Jillian has over 4 years of experience working with children and earned her Intervention Specialist certification in 2024. Outside of working with clients, she teaches preschool in Boise and enjoys snuggling her pets while catching up on reality TV.

Alyc grew up in Baker City, OR, and graduated from Washington State University with a BS in Psychology. She has over 4 years of experience working with children and became an Intervention Specialist in 2024. In her free time you can find her traveling, at a plant store, or with her pup Luna.

Heather was raised in the Treasure Valley. She graduated from Boise State with a BS in Health Science with an emphasis in health policy and leadership and a minor in business. She has over 7 years of experience in administrative support roles. Heather adores all animals, loves to garden and read, and enjoys concerts and live music with her husband and two sons.

Jodi grew up in Eastern, OR and moved to Idaho in 2018. She has 6+ years of experience supporting K-12 students facing behavioral, emotional, social, and academic, and developmental challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, friends, gardening, going for drives in the mountains (camp, pick mushrooms or huckleberries), spending time at the lake or river, music, movies, crafts of different kinds, and learning to quilt.

Charity is originally from Arizona, but was planted in Idaho in 1993. Her favorite hobbies are hiking, water sports, adventuring, and traveling. She has been working with children and teens for over 10 years in ministry and academia. She is currently pursuing a career in Social Justice, bringing experience in advocacy, education, and community service to her work.
